About your Doctor
Dr. Paul Kasishke, II lived in Broken Arrow, OK since he was 2 years old. In 2005, he graduated from Broken Arrow High School, where he was active in many clubs and played football for the Tigers. After graduation, Dr. Paul attended The University of Oklahoma. While in Norman, he was on the OU cheerleading squad and, ultimately, graduated with a degree in Health and Exercise Science. Through the years of playing sports and working out, Dr. Paul quickly learned how powerful and beneficial regular chiropractic adjustments could be. This pushed him to commit to another 4 years of schooling at Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, KS. After graduation, Paul decided to move home and open F5 Chiropractic so he could give back to the community that did so much for him while he was growing up.
In his spare time Dr. Paul enjoys working on his muscle car, attending OU athletic events, lifting weights and, most of all, spending time with his family and friends.

ABOUT
OUR CLINIC
F5 Chiropractic is a cash-based office located in South Tulsa that is dedicated to providing safe and natural healthcare to the community.
When you call to schedule your first appointment, we will email you our intake paperwork so you can fill it out at home. This will help decrease the amount of time you’re in the office. During your first visit, Dr. Paul will read over your intake paperwork, go through a series of orthopedic tests and have a consultation about how we can help achieve your goals. Dr. Paul will answer any question you may have during this visit. In most cases, you will receive an adjustment during the first visit. This visit typically lasts about 30 minutes.
During the second visit Dr. Paul will go over what he found during the initial consultation, detailing what the issue is and what it may be caused by and more importantly, how he can fix it. He will also detail the treatment plan, how many visits he would like to see you for the condition and what it will cost.
Regular visits take about 10 minutes and involve the patient lying on an intersegmental traction table for 2-3 minutes, which allows the back muscles to relax before the adjustment takes place. Once this is complete, Dr. Paul will administer the chiropractic adjustment.
